Hightail Express Desktop App for Mac not signing in from Support Feed

My Hightail Express App is no longer working. When I open it, the signing in just continues to scroll and it doesn't sign in at all. I've recently upgraded my OS to Yosemite. Could this be the problem? It's always been a realy useful app, because I can send folders, rather than just individual files. I know I can share folders, but sending a download link using the app is easier for my clients and I. Can someone please help?

 My sending has been blocked. Why is this happening? Have we ever been reported for spam? Does not allow me to even send to one person. Say sending to to many recipients.

How to Contact Hightail regarding Malfuncctions from Support Feed

I started having problems two days ago. I am not receiving the email verification that a file has been sent, and it is also not showing in my sent folders.  Also, the party I am sending it to is not receiving it.  I can't find wehre to get the help I need. Phoning in just sends you back to the website.  Thanks.

Can't download from Support Feed

Hi there, Hope you can help! I cannot open or download files that were sent to me. The browers runs for about 30 seconds and then I get an error message stating the page can't be opened. What can be the problem? The sender uploaded the files (or some of them) three times. It all looks normal, but I can either open or download them.

difficulties from Support Feed

My father passed away and my sister requested I create an account and upload pictures of my dad and send them to my other family members. Half way through the process, I am being blocked for sending even one picture to a previously unused e-mail address. I find your web site difficult to use and certainly user unfriendly. Can you unblock my accout or do I need to find a more friendly site to use?

How can Hightail justify the rate increase for a Pro Account? from Support Feed

For three years I paid $49.95 for a Pro Account. My credit card was stolen and I had to get a new one. So this year when the auto renew came up the card did not work. I was never told by Hightail that they were having a problem with my regular payment. Today I went to reinstate my Pro Account it it says it costs $159/yr, not the $49.95 I have paid for the last three years!!! How can Hightail justify that big of a cost increase?  That's more than three times the cost. I don't have to take this abuse...Now I will have to search for another service to switch to.

Duplicate copies from Support Feed

Our hightail keeps making multiple copies of certain files. We sometimes have 12 copies of the same spot. We do have app on our computer to view them but always sync it. We only use the app to view and we go to the actual site to upload and send from so why is it making multiple copies. I clean it up about every month and it will not stop doing it. The files are the ones that we view multiple times. Why is this happening? ANNOYING!

File Send Error : Corrupt or malicious File from Support Feed

I have tried to send an .exe file about 80 mb a few times to different users on different machines. The file was created with an older version of Adobe Captivate. When using different browsers the recipients experience a message midway through the download telling them the file is corrupt or malicious and can't be downloaded. I have scanned the file in question several times on different drives and different machines and with different virus detection programs and am thus virtually 100% certain it is not a malicious or corrupt file when it is attached to be sent. It plays fine when manually transferred to another machine. It also sent and downloaded fine through a shared Dropbox link. Any idea what the issue is? My superiors are already ready to jump ship to WeTransfer.

Hi All,Is there an app for the Windows Nokia phone? When I take pictures for my business, I can SHARE with OneDrive, Facebook, Google Mail, OneNote, Messaging, AT&T Locker... etc, .. It would be great if I could share with HITAIL, ... Does this exist? I don't see an app in the app store.

File download speeds from Uplink too slow from Support Feed

 I have Verizon fios.  At work I have 35/35 service and at home it's 15/15.  Yet my download speeds for files send to me via Uplink are usually less than 1 mb/sec.  What can I do about this?  If I go to speedtest.net directly, my test speeds are great.  When I got there via Hightail's link, the download speeds are not only pathetic, they're less than my upload speeds.
