Multifox: Use it to run Facebook in its own separate identity profile browser window. Don't access any other websites in that window. This helps contain the browser cookies that Facebook uses (among other methods) to share your data with outside websites. (Multifox comes in handy for a lot of non-Facebook uses, too.)
